"Meditative Structure for Wanderers" is an art installation designed and created for the Bergamo Book Fair, one of the oldest book fairs in Italy. The installation embodies the metaphor of the book as a building block for the construction of a cultural architecture, represented here in the form of a Greek temple for contemplation. It supports the importance of literature, at the roots of our culture.

"It is a journey for patient wanderers, a book," wrote Alessandro Baricco.
Widely spread across the world, book-crossing allows books to be freely exchanged. Its origins date back to 2001, when it began gaining attention in the U.S., where an online book club called BookCrossing was founded. The goal was to transform the world into an open-air library by leaving books in the most varied public places, from benches to public transportation. The idea was hugely successful, and book-crossing became an international phenomenon.

The installation invites visitors to take a book of their choice and leave one of their own, fostering a shared exchange of knowledge. The goal is to promote quality literature and the dissemination of the written word, allowing each visitor to actively contribute to the creation of this cultural architecture.
